find the leak, which leads to unnecessary expense.

We do perform all sorts of leak repairs however, when we perform this inspection
to ensure the objective integrity of our inspection, we do not perform any
repairs found to be necessary. This allows you to be certain that we are not
soliciting for additional unnecessary repairs.
