In new construction there are always items that have not been completed.
In fact, we have notice that there are on average 60+ deficiency items per
inspection performed.
We identify those conditions that should have been completed before the sale,
address potential needed upgrades and point out construction defects.
The report simply written item per item giving the client and contactor an easy
way to check off the conditions negotiated upon.
Services
We do not perform any repairs on the items listed in the report.
Most contractors have a 1year state required warranty for smaller projects and
up to a 10year bond policy for larger ones.
It is important to keep the liability under one umbrella.
The developer should perform all work related repairs and/or upgrades.
