or not, our report is not a solicitation of work. It is only an inspection
designed to give an unbiased opinion regarding the serviceability and
durability of the roof.
We will create a diagram of your roof, highlighting areas of concern that may
adversely affect its life expectancy and identify areas where leaks mostly will
emanate.
This inspection describes what the roof is made of, how it
drains, and the estimated cost of correction. We will also advise you on how to
increase the life of your roof through maintenance tips.

We do perform roof repairs on the items listed above however, in
order to maintain our objective integrity in inspecting your roof, we do
not perform repairs. This allows you to be certain that we are not soliciting
our own services.
