Referred often, as an expert witness, Diverse Inspection Services Inc. examines Real estate contracts, disclosures, previous inspection reports, Manufacture’s data sheets, CC&Rs, permit records and construction defects and/or condition. We diagnose the problem and issue a report directing our clients to the source of liability.
Often we find that the problem/adverse condition was one of those unpredictable flukes of nature, which leads to additional expense above the cost of the repair.
We also partner with attorneys to unravel the cover-ups to focus energy on the true culprits to decrease legal fees ultimately leading to a quicker settlement/judgment.
