This inspection is designed to identify wood-destroying pests and/or organisms, and is regulated by the State of California.  We are indeed San Francisco’s finest.

A diagram of the property is drawn. Any active conditions that are identified are given a corresponding number (1, 2, 3 etc.), which are placed on the diagram to locate its location in the structure. This numbered item is then given a finding and recommendation in the body of the report, which tells you what the problem is and how to go about fixing it.

Non-active conditions identified in the property are given a corresponding letter (A, B, C etc.)  Each item is followed by a finding and recommendation in the body of the report.

There are three section classification:
Areas of active infection or infestation are classified as section 1. (S1) Areas deemed likely to lead to an active infection or infestation are classified as section 2. (S2)  Areas that are inaccessible or not qualifying as a Section 1 or 2 are classified as section 3. (S3)

All Section 1 items include a courtesy estimate.

A thorough pest inspector is one who will utilize more than just visual acumen to identify adverse conditions. For example, we use sound as an essential tool in investigating those areas that are out of sight.
